Phil Kouffman Builder

“We build more than homes, we build relationships.” - Phil Kouffman

Three generations of Kouffmans have been building the Hamptons since 1960. Maurice Kouffman, a first-generation American from Isreal, launched his construction company in East Hampton by building a few notable commercial, now iconic, landmarks, including the East Hampton Cinema, the East Hampton House, and the 66 Newtown Lane complex.

By the time the Hamptons real estate boom swelled in the early 2000s, the Kouffmans were well equipped to continue crafting complex, yet stunning residential and business spaces. Phil is at the helm of the company with his son Marcus as vice-president, continuing to drive the mission of a client-first focus for project. You’ll hardly find a better builder that’s dedicated to sourcing quality materials and exhibiting true integrity of innovative building design.

We worked closely with the family firm during their re-branding, including the development of the new brand identity, reflected across print and digital representations. We designed their logo, stationery letterheads, and business cards. We carried this new branding identity across all digital platforms, building a robust presence online. The site highlights their stunning projects, both complete and in the works.

Our continued partnership includes supporting their ongoing marketing to hone in on new areas of growth, new markets, and new audiences. We develop print and digital advertisements, and continue to advise PKB, as needed.
