Created by sisters Anna and Emilia, deMauro + deMauro is a landscape design studio in East Hampton, New York, rooted in developing strong client relationships that evolve through a collective search for beautiful, original landscapes.

Inspired by a fusion of childhood memories, travels through picturesque landscapes of Florence, Parisian impressionist painters and the natural beauty of the Hamptons and East End, each design by deMauro + deMauro is an opportunity to forge a deeply personal connection between clients and their outdoor landscapes. 

These spaces are ripe for creating memorable moments, offering a personal expression of “home” that is deeper than simple decor. Their designs are personal, rich with emotional attachment and the residue of memory. Each project is an intensively creative and intimate endeavor, searching for unique plants and creating aesthetically rich, natural designs as individual as the home these spaces embrace.

For over 20 years, the deMauro sisters have worked together in the Hamptons, expressing their intimate connection to nature and art through purposeful designs. Collaborating with artists, artisans, and builders, they design natural, native outdoor spaces that are unique to the ecology of Long Island’s East End.
